Image of Ed Walsh at Bennett Park in Detroit. We know it is 1911 or earlier as that was the last season for ballpark. It could be as early as 1905 as the White Sox road uniform was virtually the same during that stretch.

It is is interesting to note that Walsh has written his initials “E.A.W.” on the front of his cap.

The 1919 stamp on back indicates it was from the Detroit News archives.
