A.J. Schumann postcard showcasing the exterior of Chicago’s West Side Grounds in 1908. The lettering at the top of the stadium read “Chicago National League Baseball Club”. This lettering would be transferred to Wrigley Field when it was built a few years later. Note the automobiles and horse drawn carriages awaiting their passengers departure from the stadium.
